Casino Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Casino Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Director of Marketing on the execution and strategic development of all Casino Marketing activities, including database marketing, email, direct mail, advertising, and VIP marketing promotions and events. Some travel may be required. The Casino Marketing Manager is held accountable for meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.

SKILLS and ABILITIES

Must have leadership qualities, abilities and/or experience leading a team.

Proven salesperson who can demonstrate they have a history of achieving sales targets, goals and quarterly/annual bonuses desired. Experience navigating a customer loyalty database. Positive, outgoing, personable and experience in the gaming industry a plus.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Marketing from four-year College or university, or equivalent experience. Three to five year's marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accuracy, detail orientation and creative skills needed with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations. Experience utilizing Sales Force or customer relationship management software (CRM).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to obtain a Gaming Commission License.
