We are seeking an experienced promotions coordinator to join our Casino Promotions team. This is a remote position and will be reporting to our Santa Clarita, CA office. In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting the Casino Product Management teams by providing expertise in relation to creation, communication and support of our pricing & promotions. This role is critical in ensuring the product team deliver what is communicated through public offers, emails, direct mail and other communication channels. This position will mainly focus on casino promotions but support other promotional building efforts. Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Coordinator, Casino Promotions. **Responsibilities**
+ Gather information from Product Teams and Market Planning about how each new promotions and program releases are intended to work including, but not limited to, pricing, terms, recaps and limits.
+ Execute the promo build in Polar using self-created upload documents for each new campaign and/or set of promotions.
+ Liaise with internal experts on the best way to set up each promo (flags, exceptions etc.) to achieve product goals of and minimize Customer Service impacts.
+ Oversee testing process to ensure desired outcome is attained before going “live”.
+ Proofreads related marketing collateral to ensures accuracy of content related to pricing, TF&PEs, messaging, voyage information, grammar, disclaimers, and all other content including ensuring weekly rate sheet for Travel Agents is communicated and all promotions are open on time.
+ Ensure as many support calls as possible are handled on the spot.
+ Ad-hoc reporting and projects as required.
**Requirements**
+ Associates Degree and/or Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
+ Strong knowledge of POLAR Reservation System.
+ Excellent proofreading skills.
+ Good Excel and Outlook Skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Must be able to adapt to change, be flexible with changing priorities
+ Team player comfortable forging and maintaining relationships with colleagues in other departments.
+ Quick learner.
+ Professional demeanour, highly proactive with positive attitude.
+ Work beyond normal business hours may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects or operational support that may be required outside of normal business hours or on weekends.
+ Ability to self-manage time and tasks.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
**This is a remote position reporting our Santa Clarita, CA office.**

+ Base Hourly Range: $20.53-$27.69. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
