About The Role & TeamAs a member of the Cast Activities, Recognition and Experience (CARE) Team, you’ll be part of a tradition that has helped create Cast-exclusive magic for decades. By providing administrative and event support, the Cast Activities Coordinator has the unique opportunity to help make the Cast Member experience exceptional.
What You Will DoDemonstrate a passion for the Cast experience by providing administrative and program-related support for Cast events and offerings.
Execute events and offerings tasks such as pre-event prep, collateral inventory, and post-event wrap up.
Communicate with Cast Members verbally and in writing on behalf of Cast Activities.
Work collaboratively as a Cast Activities team member.
Basic QualificationsDemonstrated strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
Available to commit to work any day of the week including weekends, nights and holidays.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities and tasks in a high energy, fast paced environment.
Passion for supporting the Cast across a variety of programs and outreach activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious event management experience.
Previous Disneyland Resort Cast Member work experience.
Required EducationHigh school degree or equivalent
