Job Title: Casting Mold Technologist
Job Type: Full Time; Consultant
Location: Coventry, RI
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18 - $32 per hour depending on experience
Job Summary:
The candidate will work as a Casting Mold Technologist focusing on developing and executing trial plans for new products using composites, textiles, coatings, foam, and additive manufacturing technologies. They will provide hands-on support to manufacturing engineers and analyze test data of newly created products and raw materials.
Skill Requirements:
Mold design and making experience
Process knowledge to cast parts with 2-part chemistries
Working knowledge of composites, textiles, foam, coating equipment
Working knowledge of materials testing equipment
Ability to create and read 3D Modeling
Preferred:
Working knowledge of advanced fiber placement systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Engineering Technology or relevant/related disciplines
Education and Experience Requirements:
5+ years of prior relevant experience
Pay Details: $18.00 to $32.00 per hour
