Summary: Seeking a Casting Technician to operate and maintain casting machines, manage production materials, and ensure quality in manufacturing processes.

Load materials onto ovens and rotators for production

Operate mixing pots per run specifications

Set up urethane application systems and press conditions

Operate casting machines, adjust for quality, and take QA samples

Maintain equipment such as Teflon belts and flash trimmers

Unload, post-cure, and move finished goods to storage

Handle raw material transport and storage

Clean machines and components after production runs

Record production data and update ISO Work Instructions

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
