The night cleaner is responsible for providing attentive and efficient kitchen support. You are responsible for the delivery of this high-quality service whilst adhering to the policies and procedures.

Experience working in a professional cleaning capacity preferred Prior experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential Any training in food and hygiene will be provided by PCEC Cleaning of all production kitchens in line with our Food Safety program  Deep cleaning of all hot equipment (fryers, flat grills, brat pans char grills and kettles) Floors cleaned with industrial type scrubbers Removal of kitchen bins whilst maintaining kitchen cleanliness by utilizing the appropriate equipment and chemical in a safe, effective and efficient manner in order to achieve the highest level of health and safety standards
