What You Will Do:

Assist persons served with daily living activities, as well as engage in activities such as arts, crafts, and gamesProvide support with shopping, doctors appointments, etc.Medication administration, documentation, and appointment summariesBe a champion and advocate for persons served achievements and personal goals

Minimum Qualifications: 

High School Diploma/EquivalentValid Driver License and ability to drive an organization vehicleAct 33/34/73 Clearances, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Physical/TBMust successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within 90 days of employment

Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position

Must work a minimum of 4 work shifts per monthFlexible role where you can pick the shifts that would work best for you.Ability to pick up additional shifts if that meets your individual needs.This position will require working rotating shifts, which might include weekends and holidays.
