**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** **Description:** **RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS** + High School Diploma **OR** Equivalence + Valid Driver License + Access to transportation travel locally + Ability to drive an organization vehicle + Act 33/34/73 Clearances + Pre-Employment Drug Screen + Pre-Employment Physical/TB + Must successfully pass Department of Public Welfare Medication Training within **90 days** of employment **WORK SCHEDULE:** This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position + Must work a minimum of 4 work shifts per month + Flexible role where you can pick the shifts that would work best for you. + Ability to pick up additional shifts if that meets your individual needs. + This position will require working rotating shifts, which might include weekends and holidays. **ABOUT THE ROLE** We’re looking for people to join our Casual Pool to help support staff in the Intellectual Disabilities (ID) programs. This position serves as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and is involved in the planning of services for the persons served. Some details about the role include but are not limited to: + Provide training and assistance to persons served with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, etc.) and activities. + Complete all Medication documentation as appropriate. + Complete Medical and Psychiatric Appointment Summaries. **ABOUT YOU** We believe in a strengths-based approach and use positive practices to help guide all of our activities.
