This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Server to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team! 

 

About Rotunda Bar & Lounge in Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square:

Presiding at the heart of the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, Rotunda is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath an art deco domed ceiling, serving an all-day dining menu.  

 

The Server role:

The Server is responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage & dining experience. This individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail. The Server will be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables. 

 

The ideal server will have:

Minimum of 1 year Server experienceExcellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinksWe are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and guest contact skills.Proficiency in written and spoken EnglishPassion for service
