Sentara Port Warwick in Newport News, VA, is currently hiring a CAT Scan Technologist for a Full Time Night (3rd) Shift.

Job Description:

Perform Computed Tomography (CT) and CT guided interventional procedures under the direction of a qualified physician

Provide patient and family education

Operate equipment safely

Complete department documentation

Maintain all equipment to be clean and operational

Maintains adequate supply inventory for performing examinations

This will be a dual modality position to provide support for both CT and X-Ray. Additional information will be provided during the interview

Hours:

Monday night - Thursday night: 9pm - 7am

Job Requirements:

Education: Trade School Graduate  - Radiologic Technology       

License/Certification: ARRT or CNMT required. Advanced CT registry in ARRT or CNMT to be obtained within two (2) years of hire.
