\n\t\t\t\t\tKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:\n\n•\tResponsible for company's source of material, supplies or equipment within his/her assigned work and threshold (scope).\n•\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support.\n•\tHelp in the preparation and execution of sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.\n•\tNegotiate and help secure the best possible terms and conditions (price, quality, delivery terms, etc.) for his/her assigned scope. \n•\tSupport the category team in conducting market research and supplier analysis.\n•\t Support the management of supplier performance and compliance with Primient’s terms and conditions.\n•\tContinuously seek opportunities to learn and develop strategic sourcing skills and category expertise.\n•\tUtilize available sourcing tools and technologies to conduct spend analysis, contract and supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing activities.\n•\tOther duties, as assigned.

\n\t\t\t\t\t•\tBachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related role.\n•\t1-3 years of experience in procurement, category management, or a related role\n•\tPositive attitude \n•\texperience in stakeholder and supplier relationship management, a plus.\n•\tAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n•\tKnowledge of procurement best practices \n•\tEagerness to learn and develop professionally.\n•\tProficient in using technology and tools, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00
