Summary
Responsible for acting as Seasonal Category Management Consultant to Sales Partners, Kroger KDMs, and internal Hershey customers to drive consistent topline/net sales & growth/share target for the seasonal business. Assesses seasonal trends, analyzes seasonal data and identifies key customer opportunities consistent with shopper and P&L strategies. Acts as the Category/Customer expert in co-creating strategic seasonal business plans. Uses insights to drive customers to act in the best interest of the category.
Responsibilities
Acts as the Category expert to ensure the execution of Strategic Seasonal business initiatives. Such as topline sales plans, net sales goals and achieving sales share targets. The Consultant will leverage multiple tools and data sources (84.51, IRI, Tableau Dashboards, Executive Summaries and Fair Share analysis) to ensure the execution of the strategic business plan. Effectively utilize the company's analytical tools and processes to ensure corporate objectives are met.
•Guides & Consults Kroger KDMs with insights & recommendations for Kroger’s Seasonal Process: developing Category budgets, new item reviews & Divisional focused executions
•Partners with HSY IS & Category Management Team to effectively process Kroger’s Seasonal orders through SOLVE
•Create Category Management department efficiencies by improving tools used by the Retail Sales Team
Minimum Requirements:
• Eucation: Bachelor's Degree Required At least
• years of Consumer Product Sales/ Analytical Experience
• Ability to build dynamic relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDM)
• Technical Skills, Analysis & Problem Assessment
• Personal Leadership experience
