Position Summary
Resource supporting category development and sales projects and initiatives with in-depth analysis utilizing various data sources and tools. This includes but not limited to the development and execution of category and brand growth stories, category reviews, assortment/shelving, POG assessments, scorecards and ad hoc analytics.
Accountabilities
• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations for category management projects and initiatives utilizing Circana data sources and reporting tools.
• Build, update, and refresh dashboards/scorecards for regular and accurate business performance reporting.
• Support the development of category presentations incorporating syndicated data and other sources of data that address business issues.

• Bachelor’s degree

Required Education, Skills and Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Circana/Nielsen iQ and database management.
• Clear understanding of how to pull data from Circana Unify/Nielsen AOD platform for POS and Panel data for analytics and report development.
• Some hands on experience or base understanding of JDA POG and RichMix/SKURat efficient assortment tools.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to develop category stories leveraging consumer and shopper knowledge (i.e., Kantar KRiQ, Mintel, etc).
• Base understanding of qualitative and quantitative shopper and consumer surveys and how to apply to business initiatives. business case scenarios.
Working Relationships
• Supports Sr. CD Insights and Capabilities Manger and will include working closely with CD Director and CD Strategy along with cross-functional team members in Marketing and Sales.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
