We are looking for a Category Finance Manager, Halls. This person will serve as the financial adviser and business partner with the Halls cross-functional team (Marketing, Business Development, End to End, & Category planning teams) and will lead the financial analysis for month end close activities and key projects (innovation and capital requests), in addition to driving forecast accuracy across our Halls Platforms business.
This person will become part of strategic initiatives and decisions to improve the financial results for the Halls pillar and must have the ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial analysis for Halls innovation projects in collaboration with the marketing and supply chain organizations.
Partner with business development team to lead the financial analysis.
Deliver financial commitments and run planning and forecasting activities.
Provide insights on key drivers for month end close activities.
Drive favorable topline mix by influencing Marketing spending and trade investments, championing the waste agenda, and rigorously managing the pipeline.
Contribute to Integrated Business Planning by supporting management of the full Halls P&L.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.
BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company.
GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
6 or more years of Finance management experience is required
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferred
Experience with pricing, business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution
Strong technical skills required (i.e. Excel)
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Outstanding leadership skills
Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead teams
Experience within a multinational company is preferred
