**What you'll do…**
+ **Lead sourcing efforts** to meet cost and timing targets, working with Product Development on forward model cost objectives.
+ **Co-lead and develop commodity strategies** with Product Development.
+ **Understand upcoming program sourcing needs** and key milestones to ensure a smooth transition into production.
+ **Drive best cost at Job 1 (J1)** through sourcing strategies, design changes, and supplier negotiations.
+ Conduct **market tests and design competitions** to ensure competitive pricing.
+ Build and maintain **supplier relationships** , ensuring cost transparency and long-term partnerships.
+ **Support workshops and stakeholder meetings** to improve processes and enhance supply chain efficiencies.
+ Partner with engineering to **identify** **alternative suppliers and technologies** to maintain production flow.
+ **Resolve** **quality and logistics challenges** to ensure seamless operations.
**You'll have...**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business or related field.
+ 3+ years of direct automotive procurement and supply chain experience.

This position is a range of salary grades **7-8** .
