As an Analyst on our Category Leadership advisory team, reporting to a Category Leadership Manager, you will analyze and share data to support Category Leadership and Sales plans within our Frozen portfolio of brands. Project work may include analytics related to topline reporting, sales reviews, category line reviews, overall business trends, and merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving (MAPS). You will work with other Category Leadership team members, Sales, Strategy, and Insights and Analytics teams. Support category managers in developing proposals for distribution and shelving changes to buyers and customer leadership. Support buyers and supporting merchandising teams with ad hoc and store trait requests. You will have ownership of weekly reporting and support other team members during peak/relay times.
Your Impact:
Create and maintain standardized reports for Category and Sales teamsUse syndicated data (ie. Circana) to understand category, brand, and item trendsIdentify trend drivers and drags and make recommendations to improve performanceBuild category reviews for customer presentationsPartner with Sales in the development of progressive selling decksDevelop proficiency in category leadership tools that support Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing, and Shelving (MAPS)Recognize assortment voids and build plan to gain new/established distributionWork to secure gold standard category shelving flows with optimal placement for our brands and itemsYour Experience:
Bachelor's degree required1+ years of consumer packaged goods (CPG) related experience in broker, sales support or related planning or analytical roleData integration and interpretation experienceExperience managing large datasets and reporting in Excel (pivot tables, v lookup, formulas)Fundamental knowledge of syndicated panel dataKnowledge of, or interest in learning, Circana, Nielsen and Space Management tools such as Blue YonderNumber of Days in Office: 3

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
