Learn with us whilst providing a full Category Management service for key accounts, developing actionable insight to sell and implement customer specific Category Strategies to drive category and Kellanova's growth, working with iconic brands such as Pringles.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Contribution - Work with the business team to drive Category Management across customer teams, increasing sales and achieving customer business targets. Execution - Implement our category strategy within customers, focusing on segmentation, flow, brand blocking, and multi-location product siting. Relationship - Develop strong category relationships to unlock growth opportunities and improve business performance through channel & Customer Strategy. Analysis - Conduct deep dives into the Category and its players to understand strategies, market positioning, and customer analytics and trends. Innovation - Provide input into innovation plans through market and customer understanding and help account teams sell new products.
We’re Looking for Someone With
A University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in FMCG companies, on the Trade/Category Management/Sales. Complex customer negotiation skills and excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities. The ability to collaborate easily with the different functions (Sales, Market Activation, Finance, BU...) to achieve the objectives/results. Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate data into compelling insights (advanced Excel and Circana/Nielsen/Kantar) Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
