Are you passionate about Category Management and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Business Intelligence team as a Category Management Executive. You’ll be a strategic partner for our customers guiding the development of the categories where we do business, regardless of captaincy.
You’ll be a knowledgeable expert on shopper insights, Category and Customer strategy and analytics able to influence the customer strategy and leadership into actions that deliver category growth through differentiated strategies while maintaining Kellanova’s as a strategic growth enabler for our customer. This remote role is located in Monterrey, México.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Focus: Negotiates with the customer and influences customer category strategy to ensure Kellogg’s vision guides them – This requires both technical and soft skills. Cross-functional Collaboration: Provides internal guide to Categories and Sales team on medium/short term sales opportunities (Category white spaces, customer trends that require new products, etc) accompanied by a follow up process that ensures action is taken on chosen opps. Strategic Mindset: Aligned with CATMAN & Category Development vision, creates the customer category strategy to grow sales while maintaining Kellanova’s role as a strategic contributor for the customer’s business.
We’re Looking for Someone With
+5 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Sales). Field sales, Customer Marketing or CS&L Experience a MUST. Deep Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics and key customers. Proven skills required: Fundamentals on Negotiation and Business acumen. Proven data capabilities. Excel, Access, PowerBI, Tableau and Dunnhumby. Languages: Spanish, English (Advanced level).
