🤝 Our commitment to being a force for good.

We have a vision: To give everyone easy access to anything in their cities. Our vision is ambitious, for that we need driven talent! And this is where your ride starts…

YOUR MISSION

In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce is the business unit that covers 3 verticals: Groceries, Retail and Micro Fulfillment Centers (our own fulfillment channel). We aim to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have, from delivering a video game, to sending a gift... to filling up their fridge.

As an intern Category Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class user experience for our customers leading the implementation of the right assortment, categorization, content, pricing, and promotion strategies to win the convenience baskets.

THE JOURNEY

Assist in the day-to-day operations of category management, including updating product listings and ensuring accurate information in our systems. Help organize and categorize products based on user needs, contributing to an optimized shopping experience. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of product assortments, pricing, and promotions. Support the team in monitoring and analyzing category performance, preparing basic reports as needed. Review discrepancies between invoices and negotiated costs with suppliers, follow up with suppliers to resolve these issues, and track the resolution process.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

A keen interest in e-commerce, retail, or on-demand services. Analytical skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of category management or operations is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don't meet our musts don't let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.

We believe driven talent deserves:

🍔 Monthly Glovo credits to satisfy your cravings! 🏊 Discounted gym memberships to keep you energized. 🏖️ Extra time off, the freedom to work from home two days a week, and the opportunity to work from anywhere for up to three weeks a year! 👪 Enhanced parental leave, and office-based nursery. 🧠 Online therapy and wellbeing benefits to ensure your mental well-being.
