**DESCRIPTION**
You will work **\#hybrid** on-site with Coke, **3 days a week** .
As an integral part of the team, you will help **identify market trends** , deliver **deep analysis** using syndicated data platforms, and **support the development of category commercial strategies** .
Your passion for data and analytics, coupled with your expertise in category, channel, and customer data platforms, will enable us to develop world-class commercial plans for the loved portfolio of Nutrition brands.
**You** will also manage multiple requests, projects, and reporting routines
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Leverage data platforms** like **VendorIQ, CKS, Partners on Line, Nielsen, Circana, Numerator, ForeSite,** and **customer scan data** to support the commercial strategy team in the development of category, competitive, channel, and customer strategies.
+ **Monitor and analyze** competitive trends, competitive activities, and consumer behaviors to support effective growth strategies.
+ **Design and generate accurate reports** on sales, shopper insights, program effectiveness, and other relevant metrics to inform business planning and decision-making.
+ **Work closely with the marketing and sales team** to understand product and category performance, **providing insights** to the Category Commercial Strategy and RGM leads.
+ **Regularly present market and commercial findings** to the strategy and commercial team, highlighting changes, risks, and opportunities in the market.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, market research, statistics, or any related field
**Work Experience Requirements:**
+ **5+ years** related work experience, preferably in the **CPG industry** .
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:**
+ Demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset.
+ Experience with syndicated data and/or space management tools such as **VendorIQ, CKS, Partners on Line, Nielsen, Numerator, Power BI,** and **customer scan data** .
+ Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify key insights and trends, and influence strategic decision-making.
+ Excellent communication and **presentation** skills.
+ An **analytical mindset** and meticulous attention to detail.
+ **Independently manages project plans** and assumes responsibility for tracking, communication, and timing.
+ Proven ability to **multitask** and **manage multiple projects** in a fast-paced environment.
