ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As an intern in the DBS MX Hub you will have the exposure to business since day 1. Experience in an international company to start your professional career path and you will learn how DBS and Digital Transformation works in BAT.

We are looking for an analytical mindset, team player leader that is willing to contribute to the Digital Transformation of BAT.

Understanding the company from different perspectives. Engaging with internal customers and driving our business strategies with the trade stint in our Marketing function, which will be for about a year. After a successful completion of your attachment, will be associated with other functional attachments to develop yourself as a well-rounded business leader.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the DBS MX to generate key insights.Make sure that the requests are clear enough before developing the reports and dashboards.Feel comfortable being curious and asking business questions.Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team.Support and collaborate DBS MX teams in specific project to leverage candidate’s business acumen.Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.Identify and provide ongoing support to the DBS MX Teams on system-wide matters needing attention.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

Studying 6th semester and above Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or EngineeringCandidate at least must have 1 year to finish school.30 hours per week availability that can be flexible according to academic workload.Well-organized and strong attention to detail and accuracyData Analytics or Big Data experience is a plus
