\n\nServe as a subject matter expert and mentor to enhance the skills and knowledge of procurement coordinator and other team members.\nCollaborate with category owners and managers to align sourcing and procurement plans with global business objectives.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and performance.\nLead strategic projects.\nRisk management initiatives and provide clear visibility into procurement challenges and opportunities.\nAid in finding cost reduction opportunities.\nAssist in contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and strategic sourcing teams to secure comprehensive agreements.\nFacilitate cross-functional communication and ensure cohesive implementation of procurement practices across the team.\nIdentify and proactively resolve supply chain issues, collaborating with procurement coordinators and managers to develop action plans.\nInfluence stakeholders on supply chain and sourcing initiatives.\nUnderstand sourcing market landscape.\nUnderstand and evaluate the impacts of both strategic and tactical decisions on the short-term strategy of the supply base.\n\n

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related areas.\nStrong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.\nExcellent mentoring, communication, and team collaboration skills.\nProficiency in SAP and IBP is an asset.\nBilingual proficiency in French and English; Spanish is an advantage.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.\n\n
