James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill the Category Sales Manager role. This position will drive sales growth, identify potential customers, lead existing customer and vendor relationships, and supervise customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associates in South Bend, IN in accordance with company policy.  

Responsibilities

Steer sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organizationLead sales process improvement, collaborating with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvementDrive sales operations innovation and advancement through enabling technologies to sales teamsLead and drive end-to-end market plans to service the consumer from ideation to executionLead the development and implementation of an annual brand plan in partnership with business sales and marketing teams for the various marketsDrive the identification and building of new go to market strategies that center equity and drive growth with target marketsManage dealer meetings and new dealer recruitment events including dealer onboarding process

Qualifications

A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, in addition to having the following:

3+ years of sales_experience and knowledgeAbility to lead a multi-associate sales teamExperience working directly with wholesale accounts requiredExcellent business leadership skills, bold self-initiative, ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal communication and communication skillsTime management – schedule trainings, quarterly business reviews as well as personal travel based on opportunity & strategyOutstanding organizational skillsCollaboration with other departments and functional groups within FergusonStrong written skillsStrong presentation skillsProficiency in O365 toolsAbility to multi-taskEnthusiasm and professionalism

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$5,175.00 - $11,275.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
