Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Mitsubishi Ductless Sales Specialist. As a Mitsubishi Ductless Sales Specialist, you will act as the subject matter authority on our ductless product line. Daily duties include dealer recruitment, development and growth strategy; category sales growth efforts; support of inventory and pricing strategies; and providing training and product education to internal associates. This role will support Kansas and Missouri. If you have prior experience selling ductless or mini-split heating and cooling systems, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a highly respected distributor within the HVAC industry.
This is a hybrid role that will be based out of either our Lenexa, KS location or Maryland Heights, MO location. Our ideal candidate must be in CST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Kansas City and St. Louis

**Responsibilities**
+ Provide sales support to sales teams across the district, assist sales team in conducting sales calls and customer visits and serve as the subject matter authority on ductless HVAC systems.
+ Find opportunities for new dealer recruitment as well as training and development of current dealership partners.
+ Provide support for inventory and pricing strategies by reviewing and analyzing expected demands, market trends and collaboration with internal partners.
+ Support and drive Mitsubishi dealer programs, to include customer marketing, financing, dealer sales process, and lead generations.
+ Maintain dealer performance scorecards, track and measure performance and provide updated to internal partners.
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of ductless or mini-split HVAC or HVAC Sales experience, required
+ Ductless sales in a wholesale distributor or rep role, a huge plus
+ Must take a comprehensive approach and include bolt-on and/or related HVAC equipment that compliments ductless systems
+ Familiarity with Diamond System Builder software, a huge plus
+ Excellent business management skills, bold self initiative, ability to multi-task
+ Organizational skills and the ability to work with fellow associates
+ Computer savvy and ability to navigate common software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and be proficient at using Web based applications
+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
+ Local travel required, with occasional out of town travel, as needed

**Pay Range:**

$4,799.70 - $10,450.00
