Responsibilities:

Category Management & Strategic Sourcing

Recommend resource levels across procurement sourcing categories, projects and functions Recommend targets to maximize value such as high revenue, spend reduction, purchasing efficiency, customer services and supplier management.Analyze sourcing trends and make recommendations for assigned categories.Develop category strategies for managed categories and validate strategies with Global and Regional Category Managers/s and internal partners.

Negotiation

Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etcLead sourcing events/RFQ process into bundled negotiationIncorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiationsDevelop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create, negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditionsConduct strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and cost management using supplier and industry analysis.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic SolutionsDevelop and maintain expertise in the assigned spend categories through relationships with key stakeholdersDrive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing ProcurementDevelop and maintain collaborative partnerships to enhance cost-effectiveness, supply chain efficiency, and resilience.
