**Job Description** Aramark is seeking a Catering Assistant to join the first-class Catering team at Yuengling Draft Haus & Kitchen! As the Catering Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, from answering their queries to helping them build their dream event! With guidance from the Catering Manager, you?ll learn on the job and make great connections with the people we serve. Ignite your passion, pursue what matters! **Job Responsibilities** + Respond to all client phone calls and e-mails in timely manner + Assist Catering Manager in coordinating client meetings + Input and manage all orders on our internal catering management system + Manage Catering and Bar Services invoicing, including cash deposits + Design and produce all labels required for catering orders + May assist the Catering Supervisor with event set-up and take-down **Qualifications** + Completion of secondary school is required + 2+ years' experience in administrative role required + 2+ years' experience in event management, or catering services role considered an asset + Exceptional customer service skills + This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
