What will you do?Set up tables following catering event ordersServe food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as neededMonitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaintsFollow all alcoholic beverage policies and proceduresBreak down the event according to company procedures
