The Role
Under the direction of the Catering Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for special function patrons and their bartending, serving and dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Catering Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for special function patrons and their dining experience.
• Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
• Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner. Need open availability
• Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management.
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ service standards.
• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions.
• Is knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
• Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered. Including having bartending, serving and catering experience
• Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests, including card every transaction.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
• Communicates with Supervisors and Management
• Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium.
• Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
Must be able to communicate with guests in English.
Qualifications:
• 2 years Catering experience; must have bartending experience.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and be a self starter?
• Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
• Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
• Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule. This role needs open availability.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs while walking, must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, pull and push loaded carts, move tables and chairs and set up event spaces. Must be able to operate the POS. Must be comfortable carding guests every transaction and cutting off service if needed.
• Role included constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions like opening drinks. Able to perform normal lifting and restocking of stock
