Inventory Management: + Ensure the breakroom is stocked with essentials, including snacks, beverages, utensils, and cleaning supplies. + Track inventory levels and reorder items as needed to prevent shortages. + Coordinate with vendors for product restocking and service deliveries. Employee Engagement: + Foster a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the breakroom meets the needs of employees. + Gather feedback from employees to improve the breakroom experience and implement suggested enhancements where feasible. Compliance and Safety: + Ensure the breakroom adheres to health and safety standards, including food storage and sanitation regulations. + Conduct routine inspections and maintain proper documentation for compliance purposes. Team Coordination: + Train and supervise any assigned breakroom staff. + Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and other departments to align breakroom operations with company goals. Budget Management: + Manage the breakroom budget effectively, seeking cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, facilities management, or a related field is a plus. + Proven experience in a supervisory, facilities, or customer service role. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, inventory tracking systems). + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.
