**Job Description** We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create innovative and delicious menus. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Job Responsibilities** ? Develop and design creative and diverse menus tailored to client needs and preferences. ? Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation. ? Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. ? Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure seamless execution of events. ? Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. ? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. ? Monitor food costs and work within budgetary constraints. ? Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings. ? Oversee Executive Dining Room culinary execution and elevation. ? Assist the Executive Chef with other kitchen responsibilities. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a catering or high-volume environment. ? Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience. ? Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and presentation. ? Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. ?
