CATERING COORDINATOR

Summary

JOB SUMMARY

Performs preparation and services of catered functions, coordinating supplies, food and supplemental staffing, as needed. Will work with the Food Services Operations Manager or Supervisor, and the Event and Multimedia Specialist to coordinate events and catering functions. May also be requested to complete other food service duties as assigned which may include light food preparation, cafeteria service, cashiering or patient trayl service functions. Takes into consideration, age-related factors as they related to food service functions for pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in accordance with the departmental standards and diet manual.

REQUIREMENTS Preferred High School Diploma 2-4 years Progressive experience in catering with demonstated ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously. Required SERVE SAFE Certification
