What will I be doing?

\n\nAssist with weekly/daily distribution of department reports such as Banquet Event Orders, daily change logs, daily events postings, group resumes, discovery visit alerts forms, VIP amenity requests, etc. \nBe an extension of the Event or Catering Manager by corresponding and maintaining relationships with customers on their behalf via email, phone or in-person meetings as needed\nAssist with events on the banquet floor in conjunction with the Event or Catering Manager and Banquets Department, serving as an on-site liaison for in-house groups throughout their events\nAssist the department directors with special projects such as menu pricing analysis, forecasting reports, meeting minutes and other general office duties as needed\nMerge and draft contracts for managers via FDC \nCreate bookings via Delphi FDC \nWork in conjunction with the Sales Coordinator to maintain the file/storage room and the proper stocking of catering marketing collateral\nTrack customer satisfaction scores and feedback for meetings and events that take place in the hotel\nPartner with and maintain strong working relationships with all operations departments\n\n
