We are recruiting a Catering Engineer to join the team located in London. **About The Role** As a CBRE Catering Engineer you will carry out focused maintenance and repair within set timeframe and according to defined process, services agreements and customer needs. Executing daily technical installation and service issues. Completing planned site and customer visits to resolve customer queries as dispatched. Maintaining positive customer relationships and completing feedback documentation of the customers equipment and systems. **Key Responsibilities** + Under general supervision, diagnoses and repairs catering systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as well as an understanding on time and material requirements. Seeks clarification and technical support where needed and escalates issues as appropriate. + Under general supervision, installs, starts up and commissions systems in line with defined regulations, standards and processes. + Understands and analyzes relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc. + Fault finding on all catering equipment. + Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
