Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 2 for Northampton Community College located in Bethlehem, PA. The Catering Manager will assist in the management of all catered events, works closely with Clients / Key Stakeholders / Customers to arrange and follow through on all catering details and to ensure all special requests are met. Directs setup for events, and actively hands on for all event needs.  Seeking an enthusiastic, eager to learn, and self-motivated manager.

 food service management experience in a high-volume hospitality environment; strong leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop frontline staff; culinary and/or food service experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; proven ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrated professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;a results-driven mindset that enjoys working hands-on to support the team;proven ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;experience managing catering events - from start to finish; successful background managing employees by delegating, assigning, prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards
