Supervise schedules, evaluate trainees, hires and develop all restaurant staff and supervisors. + Manage all aspects of the mealtime service and the overall efficiency of the kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering. + Ensure proper portioning of food, attractive plate presentation, and service standards. + Supervise the organization and sanitation of our restaurants, kitchen, storage, and loading dock. + Ensure dining staff is working safely. + Participate in resident and employee satisfaction programs and activities. ​ **What you will need** + Minimum of 5 years restaurant or food service management experience including catering experience + Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment + Able to work weekends and holidays. + Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and a large number of employees Compensation: Commensurate with experience $62,000-$75,000 annually.
