Join our team as a Catering and Events Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while creating, managing, and supporting all aspects of catering and catered event coordination, as well as supervising dining and catering staff.

**How you will make an impact**
+ Responsible for the overall supervision of all dining room and café staff. Supervise schedules, evaluate trainees, hires and develop all restaurant staff and supervisors.
+ Manage all aspects of the mealtime service and the overall efficiency of the kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering.
+ Ensure proper portioning of food, attractive plate presentation, and service standards.
+ Supervise the organization and sanitation of our restaurants, kitchen, storage, and loading dock.
+ Ensure dining staff is working safely.
+ Participate in resident and employee satisfaction programs and activities.
**What you will need**
+ Minimum of 5 years restaurant or food service management experience including catering experience
+ Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment
+ Able to work weekends and holidays.
+ Ability to supervise multiple dining rooms and a large number of employees
Compensation: Commensurate with experience $62,000-$75,000 annually.
