Job Summary The Catering Operations Manager for Restaurant Associates at MetLife holds duties related to the successful execution and coordination for all catered events. The position is 70% event and catering execution and 30% administrative. This position entails a need for excellent attention to detail and communication skills, ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors. This position requires Monday through Friday availability with operating hours between 7am and 5pm.
