Essential Functions (subject to change with proper notice)

Communicates with the Jr. Sous Chef(s), Lead Line Cooks, and Cooks about items that are ready to ship for the day or following day Ensures items are properly labeled, dated, organized for each location Builds Kits and properly packages them for each location per menu instructions Assists Lead Line Cooks, Cooks with shipping cold items while maintaining proper temperatures Communicates with the Delivery Team, Jr. Sous Chefs(s), Sous Chef(s) about staging products Stages and organizes products in the shipping area as items are ready to ship Works with the Packaging Team to maintain a clean and organized station Keeps a detailed log with daily notes about when product needs to ship To project a positive and motivated attitude amongst all Team Members

Knowledge and Skills

Basic culinary skills and entry-level experience with high volume production Mid-level product recognition required Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills Sense of urgency and ability to work and lead a team within a safe manner
