Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Catering Runners to join our EverBank Stadium team in Jacksonville, Florida. Our Busser and Runner team are outgoing, guest oriented team members that contribute to the success of events like luncheons, weddings, proms, business meetings, and other functions. Responsibilities Set tables and buffet areas for serviceAccommodate all guests and addresses inquiriesReplenish buffet food, refill beverages, remove dirty dishes from tablesAssist in additional tasks to help facilitate a smooth and efficient servicePerform other duties as assignedQualifications 18 years or olderCustomer service oriented, positive attitude, an openness to learn, and desire to contribute to a teamStrong work ethic with the ability to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environmentVery organized with a strong attention to detail and effective communicationPossess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand namesAvailable for part-time, on-call events that include nights, weekends, and holidaysBasic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventoryNo high school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for set-up, service, and clean up.Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand.Variable temperatures – required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment.Ability to maneuver between tables and around cornersVisual acuity and hearing sufficient to take ordersShift Details
