PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Develop and execute catering sales strategies to drive revenue growth, secure new clients, and build relationships with local and national organizations, DMCs, and businesses Research market trends and identify business opportunities to expand the client base and increase event sales Work closely with clients to create customized event proposals that align with their budgets while ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams, catering team members, and vendors to coordinate event logistics, negotiate costs, and oversee event profitability Maintain accurate sales records, track event performance, and gather client feedback to refine offerings and improve future events Driving is required and a company car will be provided More about you Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in a catering or event sales related field preferred In-depth understanding of the travel and hospitality industry Knowledge of key players in the marketplace that possess the ability to support the sales and marketing mission Proficient with standard office equipment as well as in word processing and spreadsheets Valid drivers license is required Shift detailsDay shift
