Oversees and/or participates in set-up and closing procedures (ex: counting inventory, prep, cleaning) Efficiently and accurately completes any required paperwork. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Oversee event set ups ensuring clubs/bars are set up and ready to serve in advance of guests. + Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. + Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly. + Ability to interact with guests and staff in order to insure guest satisfaction. + Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally. + Enforces safety standards with employees. + Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures. + Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including days, nights, weekends and holidays + Performs other duties as assigned.
