Essential Duties and Responsibilities:In-Park Duties and ResponsibilitiesDelivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captainEnsures the accurate execution of all events during his/her shiftSets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely mannerAssembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locationsLogs and maintains food temperaturesArranges tables and decorationsArranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standardsServe food and beverages to guestsThoroughly cleans location after event is completedReturns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facilityStocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipmentEnsures guests receive friendly, courteous service at all timesPerforms other duties as assigned

Able to read and execute a COM (Catered Outing Memo)

Skills and Qualifications:Must be at least 16 years old18+ Preferred.Must be available weekends and evenings depending on the needs of the business.Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude.Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.Able to be self-motivated and work independently with little assistance.Ability to lift and Carry 50lbsOccasional kneeling, crouching, and bending.Must be able to work primarily outside
