Catering Waitstaff

Qualifications:

· At least one year of catering service experience (or service in a like setting) required.

· Team Oriented, Courteous, and Attentive.

· Must be able to lift trays and walk with them. (25lbs.)

Position Summary:
To aid in the set-up, execution and clean-up of event functions. Service guests with high standards.

Major Responsibilities:

· Prepare the event before the guests arrive.

· Set-up table, table linens, chairs, silverware, center pieces, glassware.

· Fill water glasses. Prepare Beverage Stations.

· Prepare Buffet Tables, cake tables, etc.

· Responsible in providing the guests any items that the guest may need during the banquet like soup, salt, pepper, bowls, salad dressing, butter etc.

· End of event duties to include clean-up: Linens, dinnerware, glassware etc.

· Check out with Catering Manager or Executive Chef prior to leaving.

Job Type: Part-time
