Job Details Catheterization Laboratory Assistant performs tasks which support the overall operation and efficiency of the Cath Lab Department. Duties include pre-procedure preparation of patients, and post-cath patient care. The Assistant transports geriatric and adult patients to and from the Cath Lab and performs post-catheterization,hemostasis as needed. Cine CD processing and storage/retrieval of film is also required. The Cath Lab Assistant is aware of, and responsive to, the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of a diverse patient population. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
