ARRT: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
OR
Respiratory Therapist: Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Technician Program
OR
Surgical Tech: Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology
OR
Echo/Vascular Tech: Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology
OR
Emergency Medical Tech: Graduate of an accredited EMT-P program
OR
Cardiovascular Tech: Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology
Licensure, Registration, Certification
BLS
ARRT: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography
Surgical Tech: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
OR
Respiratory Therapists: Registered as RRT by National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) for Respiratory Therapists
OR
Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS): Registered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
OR
Echo/Vascular: Registered as RVT or RDCS by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDS
Emergency Medical Tech:
. Current National Paramedic Certification (NRP) through National Registered Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
OR
Current Paramedic license by Alabama’s Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS)
