Cath Lab Technologist III

As our Cath Lab III Tech at St. Joseph Health you will Operate various types of physiological monitoring equipment within the lab. Scrubs at tableside. Operates Radiographic Equipment.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrated competency in the performance of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath's, peripheral, neuro, and EP procedures.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable in the operation of Physiological Monitoring system for diagnostic, interventional studies.Knowledgeable in the performance of Electrophysiological studies.Able to take Scrub Call Independently and assist Physician's in acute MI and Stroke procedures on unstable patients.Accurately enters and records pertinent patient data. Measures and documents pressure recordings. Keeps an accurate log of events, to include medications, hemodynamics, supplies, and procedures performed.
Qualifications

Required Education:

Associates Degree

Required Experience:

RCIS certification with 3 years Cath Lab experienceAnd/or ARRT certification with 5 years Cath Lab experienceACLS, CVT, or RT
