**Overview** **Cath Lab Tech III** Working in our fast-moving Cath Lab certainly offers a variety of clinical challenges to Cath Lab Techs who choose this clinical area. The Cath Lab Tech III performs duties of circulating, scrub, and monitoring of invasive cardiology procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of all invasive procedures, the equipment and supplies for each procedure, and indications for performing each procedure **The Woodlands Hospital** is a 245 bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around The Woodlands, Texas. In addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. **Must live within 30 minutes of hospital for emergency response On-call 8-9 days every five weeks which includes one weekend shift** **Responsibilities** + Responsible for managing staff and room activities to maximize productivity + Operates the radiographic equipment utilizing radiation safety procedures + Operates physiologic recorder/database system with expertise recognizingarrhythmias and normal/abnormal waveforms + Operates manifold, power injector, and other support equipment (VCR, ACT machines, oximeters, and transport monitors) **Qualifications** **Required Licensure and Certifications:** + Associate's Degree -OR- *Registered as a Radiologic TechnologistRadiography (RTR) , Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist(RCIS), or Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) + CPR certified **Required Experience:** + Minimum five (5) year clinical experience in a hospital setting **Pay Range** $35.28 - $51.16 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
