Principal Accountabilities 

Walking and standingCommunicating with cattle truck drivers, USDA inspectors, and harvest floor managementCreating documentation both written and digitallyEnsuring general safety, food and animal safetyCleanliness and housekeepingMaintaining a safe working environment
