Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday. + Oversee the functionality of the CBORD system for various healthcare facilities + Implement all upgrades and enhancements to the CBORD System + Provide on call support to the food service and information technology departments + Troubleshoot all hardware and software problems + Schedule all repairs on hardware and software + Train staff for CBORD diet office and create training materials to be distributed + Assist in the writing and maintenance of the CBORD policies and procedures + Coordinate CBORD in-service training + Develop, implement, and document individualized plans for nutrition intervention + Utilize assessment and evaluation techniques that consider the varied needs of age-specific populations as well as cultural, religious, and ethnic concerns + Measure progress of medical nutrition therapy interventions + Work cooperatively with foodservice staff/host to assure conformance to diet prescriptions + Assess educational needs and provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups + Participate in rounding on patient floors and ongoing nursing communication + Conduct in services and educational presentations + Maintain accurate record keeping of daily clinical activities + Maintain and foster positive and professional working relationships both within the assigned healthcare account and throughout AVI Foodsystems, Inc. Job Requirements: + 2+ years of experience administering CBORD systems + Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Dietetics from an approved/accredited university or college program + Ideal candidates must also be a Registered Dietitian (RD) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensed to practice in the state in which they work + Comprehensive knowledge and application of nutrition services + Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form to public and staff + General knowledge of nutrient analysis + Must have a basic understanding of diet principles in a healthcare facility + This individual must possess the ability to comprehend and guide others in understanding guest service principles as they relate to food production and the flow of the foodservice operation. + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. + Must be available for on-call support + Must have a clear understanding of the Diet Office Systems Benefits: AVI offers: + A family culture and atmosphere + Competitive compensation + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members + 401(k) with generous company match + Paid vacations and holidays + Immense training and growth opportunities Text AVI to 51893 to join our talent network and apply!
