Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday. + Oversee the functionality of the CBORD system for various healthcare facilities + Implement all upgrades and enhancements to the CBORD System + Provide on call support to the food service and information technology departments + Troubleshoot all hardware and software problems + Schedule all repairs on hardware and software + Train staff for CBORD diet office and create training materials to be distributed + Assist in the writing and maintenance of the CBORD policies and procedures + Coordinate CBORD in-service training + Develop, implement, and document individualized plans for nutrition intervention + Utilize assessment and evaluation techniques that consider the varied needs of age-specific populations as well as cultural, religious, and ethnic concerns + Measure progress of medical nutrition therapy interventions + Work cooperatively with foodservice staff/host to assure conformance to diet prescriptions + Assess educational needs and provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups + Participate in rounding on patient floors and ongoing nursing communication + Conduct in services and educational presentations + Maintain accurate record keeping of daily clinical activities + Maintain and foster positive and professional working relationships both within the assigned healthcare account and throughout AVI Foodsystems, Inc.
