In-Office. **Start Date:** Immediate hire. Starting full-time between late December 2025 and Early February 2025. **About The Role:** This intern to permanent position is crafted for recent graduates seeking a career in commercial real estate, more specifically debt capital markets. Participation is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of CBRE’s Capital Market’s business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals on the top hospitality advisory team in the country. The position accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a solid base upon which to build your real estate career. After exhibiting strong and consistent performance during the internship you will be considered for an immediate full-time, permanent position (dependent on business need). This industry leading team has completed over $30 billion of hospitality & financing transactions across the U.S. since 2017. **What You'll Do:** + Conduct company, property and industry-specific research + Supervise local and regional activity, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the real estate market + Provide support with deals, including market analysis, proposal reviews and summaries, and financial analysis + Financial modeling and underwriting support + Assist in developing and preparing marketing and presentation materials + Assist in deal tracking across a pipeline of over 40 transactions totaling $5 billion in volume **What You'll Need:** + Strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate + Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused + Graduation date no later than early February 2025 + Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry + Experience with MS Office + Comfortable presenting to CBRE team members + Ability to network and develop positive relationships + Detailed and highly organized + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Proven written and oral communication skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mentality is encouraged. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $18.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $25.00 per hour.
