Scope of the Position:
Assist CBS Data Office Leader – with day-to-day decision making, budgeting and related decisions, intake of projects and scope, communications, PMO activities, and other tasks deemed higher level Operations Leadership – will coordinate and assign with team members and other CBS function stakeholders/employees as necessary for operations Projects – will support CBS DO owned and non-owned projects where CBS DO has a responsibility. In some cases this role will own the project (as a PMO lead) and in smaller projects will provide guidance to an assigned PMO leader, acting as a CBS DO Subject Matter Resource Relationship management – will act as the primary contact for questions, guidance, and directional support for other CBS function operations Process Improvements – will evaluate and provide leadership and input for CBS data issues, ideas, and remediation and implementation options. Data Management – will support the CBS Data Office with enablement of key data management capabilities including: data governance, data quality and master data management

Experience with CBS functions and related systems at EY, especially Markets, Risk, Finance, and Mercury Leadership capability to professionally challenge and collaborate as necessary with key stakeholders across EY 3+ years of leadership experience related to the establishment of data management capabilities
Problem Solving: ability to manage and communicate multiple responsibilities and assignments around complex data concepts and solutions. Ability to apply experience and learning in complex situations to drive towards the right solution. Communication skills are vital at both management/executive and general levels
Relationships: It is vital that the successful candidate be able to consult, coordinate, and gather buy-in with stakeholders. Listening and responding to issues, ideas, and proposals will be a key responsibility. Must be able to bring various view-points and personalities together for unified solutions.
Key Considerations
Operations Leader who is retiring will have some responsibilities moved to CBS DO leader but many to be assigned to this role. There will be additional assignments not owned by existing team members as well.
This role will be filling a gap for a team member leaving.
What we offer The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary range/s. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $138,200 to $266,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $165,800 to $302,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
